Country/Region of residence is in China
1. Why can't I change my Country/Region of residence?
If both your nationality and residence are in China, you cannot change your country of residence or any other information.
Country/Region of residence is not in China
1. Is there a limit on how many times I can change my residence? What should I do if I reach the maximum number of changes?
You can only change your residence three times. After that, you won't be able to make any further changes. Please keep track of your changes.
2. Why can't I change my Country/Region of residence? (There are ongoing orders or Grow projects)
You can only change your residence after your open orders or earn orders are the transaction is completed or canceled.
3. Why can't I change my Country/Region of residence? (The account mode needs to be in spot mode)
You need to switch to spot mode before you can change your residence. To switch, follow this path:
Tap the Trade button > Select the three dots icon > Settings > Account mode > Spot Mode.
4. Can I change my residence to a country that is not supported?
You cannot choose a residence in unsupported countries or regions.
5. Does changing your residence affect C2C trading?
Changing your residence will not affect your C2C trading. However, due to differences in supported cryotocurrencies and features across countries or regions, modifying your residence may result in restrictions or loss of certain functionalities. Please refer to the rules applicable to your new residence.
